Wotch Primary Medicine Ltd. (“Wotch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you interact with our websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

a. Information You Provide to Us
When you create an account, log-in to our Services, contact support, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, title, role in your company or organization and any other information you choose to provide.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
Device and browser information (e.g., IP address, operating system, browser type)
Usage data (e.g., pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform)
Log data and diagnostic information
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6 below)
Analytics technologies used to collect and measure the usage data and technical telemetry described above.
c. Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from your employer or organization, third-party sources which are linked to our systems by your organization or employer to help us provide our Services in the most efficient manner.
d. Information We Do Not Collect Through User Analytics
The User Analytics feature is designed to collect high-level product usage and technical telemetry only. We do not intend to collect, and we do not use the User Analytics feature to track, patient or clinical information, or direct personal identifiers such as patient names, medical record numbers (MRNs), dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, account numbers, or free-text form contents. User Analytics is further configured to help prevent the collection of such data through a combination of frontend blocking, server-side allowlist filtering, and PHI-focused pattern matching intended to detect and redact potential PHI/PII. We also do not record session replays and we do not record PostHog user properties as part of User Analytics.
2.How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including understanding how the Services are used over time and improving product functionality, workflows, and user experience.
Analyze usage trends and measure performance (including through User Analytics as described in Section 1).
Communicate with you about use, features and support
Ensure security and prevent fraud or misuse
Comply with legal obligations
We may aggregate or de-identify data for research, analytics, or business purposes. Such data will not identify you personally.
We may share information as follows:
With Your Employer or Organization: We may be required to provide technical data and information to your organization as required by the commercial agreement we signed with them. This may include aggregated or de-identified usage and performance insights derived from User Analytics.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights.
In Business Transfers: If Wotch is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Service Providers (Analytics)
We may use third-party service providers (specifically PostHog) to process limited analytics data on our behalf (for example, to help us understand product usage trends and measure performance). These providers are permitted to process such data only for our instructions and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
Accessing or requesting a copy of your data
Correcting inaccurate or incomplete information
Deleting your data (“right to be forgotten”)
Objecting to or restricting processing

We may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you, analyze usage, and improve our Services. . We may also use analytics technologies (which may involve cookies or similar identifiers) to collect product usage event data, workflow metadata, technical telemetry, and pseudonymous identifiers to understand how the Services are used over time, measure performance, and troubleshoot issues. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or opt-out tools. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
7. International Data Transfers
Wotch operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own where data protection laws may differ. We take appropriate safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
